Drew Baldridge has carved out a historic place in country music. His breakout hit, “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,”became the first independently released single to hit No. 1 on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart as an artist’s debut chart-topper. Released on his own Lyric Ridge Records, the heartfelt ballad is now RIAA Gold-certified, has generated over 1.1 billion streams and impressions, and remains the highest-charting self-funded song ever on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
The song’s unprecedented success paved the way for Baldridge’s signing with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville/Stoney Creek. Under that banner, he delivered his second Top 10 single, “Tough People,” and previewed upcoming music with “Get Me Gone” featuring Emily Ann Roberts and his latest release, “Deserve Her.”
Baldridge’s growing profile has earned him spots in the CRS New Faces Class of 2025, recognition as an iHeart On the Verge artist, and MusicRow’s Independent Artist of the Year award.
As a Sony Music Publishing songwriter, Baldridge has penned more than 500 songs, with cuts by Bailey Zimmerman, LOCASH, and Chase Matthew. His touring résumé includes runs with country heavyweights Eric Church, Cody Johnson, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan. He is currently on tour with Zimmerman, with another leg alongside Johnson planned for later in the year.
Baldridge’s reach extends globally. In 2025, he will join Jelly Roll and Shaboozey for the Down Under Tour in Australia and New Zealand, before embarking on his first international headlining run, the Country Born Tour 2025, across the UK and Europe this winter.
From independent trailblazer to rising star on the major-label stage, Drew Baldridge continues to break barriers, build connections with fans, and shape a career that blends chart-topping success with grassroots authenticity.
